  • Upon the completion of your purchase, one of our expert coaches will initiate contact with you in order to undertake two key actions ⤵️

    • Firstly, we kindly request that you complete a comprehensive form, which will provide us with valuable insights into your personal profile as an athlete. This information will enable us to tailor our program to your specific requirements, taking into account your current fitness level, experience, and aspirations.

    • Secondly, we will require you to submit video footage of your lifting technique. Our skilled coaches will meticulously analyze your form to select the most appropriate exercises to optimize your performance and foster your development as an athlete.

    • After these two vital steps have been completed, we kindly ask for a seven-business-day period for our team to finalize your personalized program. You will receive your program via email as a Google Sheet.
